Where do you ship?
Across Saudi Arabia and the GCC, with express delivery to the UAE, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar and Oman. International shipping to the UK and Europe is available on request.
How long does delivery take?
Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam: 1–2 working days. Elsewhere in the Kingdom: 2–4 working days. GCC: 3–6 working days. Every order ships with a tracking number.
Is shipping free?
Shipping is complimentary on all orders above SAR 500 within Saudi Arabia. Below that, a flat SAR 25 applies.
Can I return an order?
Unopened hospitality sets and gift boxes may be returned within 14 days. For food safety, coffee, dates and honey can only be returned if the seal is intact.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes. Add hand wrapping in sand cotton with a wax seal and a hand-written card for SAR 45, at product level or in the bag.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Mada, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Tabby instalments and cash on delivery inside the Kingdom.
Do you supply companies and events?
We do. Corporate gifting, weddings and majlis supply are handled by a dedicated team — write to care@karamelsaudi.com with quantities and dates.
How should I store coffee, dates and honey?
Coffee: sealed, away from light, used within six weeks. Dates: room temperature for three months or refrigerated for a year. Honey: room temperature indefinitely; crystallisation is natural.
