Returns & Exchanges

If something is not right, write to care@karamelsaudi.com within 14 days of delivery and we will arrange collection.

Hospitality sets and gifts

Unused items in original packaging may be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original payment method.

Food products

Coffee, dates and honey may only be returned unopened with the seal intact. Any product that arrives damaged is replaced immediately, seal or not.

Refund timing

Refunds are issued within 3 working days of collection and appear on your statement within 5–10 days depending on your bank.
